With the cold weather coming, we all seem to indulge in some comfort foods. Do you have any! Some of mine are, macaroni and cheese and meatloaf, amongst many others. I also do a lot more baking in the winter cause it makes the house smell so good and helps perk up my mood when the days are cold and dreary.

apple pie, ice cream, cookies, brownies and hot chocolate!!! pretty much just replace a meal or 2 a day with something from this list...lastnight it was cookies and ice cream for dinner!
