Have any of you read Ted, White, & Blue by Ted Nugent?

He is not my favorite person but I do think he is very intelligent and after hearing him interviewed yesterday I had to go out and buy his book.

Haven't read the book, but I like him alot. He is very extreme in some areas, but all in all he's spot on IMHO
