Muley hunt starts here this sat...i am psyched...went and sighted the 30-06 in yesterday, have the camper and atv ready to go. The hunts are all lottery here and i drew out a tag in one of the best trophy areas in the state. Who else hunts mule deer here?

I did when I lived in Colorado, Nebraska and Idaho, but haven't even been anywhere where they have them for the last 10 or so years. The year I got my deer and my cow Elk in Idaho, the deer was bigger than the elk. -

I used a 25-06 last year, but have switched to a 243 for this season- bring on the whitetail!!!!!!!Comment
