If the third party canidates had something worth saying the american people would of saw it but they didnt there not going to be noticed.Imo as well its a wasted vote because it does nothing for the third party canidates. if they cant win in the primaries then they really shouldnt be on the ticket.this is a 2 man race imo not a thirdy party also but its the american way to have a third party. If you vote for a third party canidate who you know wont win why vote imo. all it does is make you feel good. when has a third party canidate won the presidency

I openly contributed to the mccain campaign and was asked to campaign for a local congresswoman in my FL district. She is 23 pts ahead in the polls and I would like nothing more than to say no. Not that I disagree with her but I just don't want to be involved any more.
I tried to sna my inner circlr pin but it came our fuzzy. my sis is comingh today and is going to scan or take a pic so you guys and gals don't think im full of sheit muslim.

Come on Fuzzy, you don't have to win to make a difference; you don't even have to come close to winning to make a difference (e.g. Nader 2000). I mean the best possible outcome for the country would probably be a repeat of the Nader 2000 except on the Republican side. Obama wins the popular vote by 2-3% and the Libertarian gets 3-4% of the vote.

Voting 3rd Party is not about winning; it's not a short term vote. Every election is said to be too critical to vote 3rd Party and our options get worse and worse. Maybe you people who keep voting for the same old thing, need to step back and realize your getting the same old thing. Is McCain better than Obama - yeah but it's still freakin McCain.

              Re: serious question

Believe me folks- I fully understand your views on the third party, but we are the supposedly old wiser bunch and we really need to make our vote count and I mean truely count. We all know that the third party doesn't have a shot in hell to win on any level at this time. Do you truely want the P-diddy's of this world to determine who runs this country??? I don't! The youth they are getting to vote for them don't have enough knowledge of the real world to make an educated decision- they look at these celebrerties(sp) as icons and follow whatever they say. We have a decision to make and its between 2 men only- make one that counts- otherwise your teenagers will decide for you

i dont know if i agree with that line of thinking bro...third party will never have a shot if people dont start backing it. it gets no press becouse it's not seen as a viable alternative and in the 30sec. blurb our daily news is gonna feed us, they dont want to "waist" their time on it. thats bullshyt. i WANT to hear about a third party. i WANT to know ALL my options. and, if a thrid party garners more votes and more votes, with EACH passing election, they will be takin more and more seriously, until one day...POOF...we got another choice!
i'm niether concervitive or liberal...i see both sides of the coin. i honestly dont like either of these men. if your suggesting that i vote for one, just becouse, isnt that the WRONG thing to do? i dont instill that line of thinking in my kids and i'm not gonna follow that line of thinking myself. i tell them to use their voice! i dont care if it's against the grain!! if it's the cool thing to pick on the fat girl, and she's a friend of yours...DONT FOLLOW THE HEARD!! use YOUR voice...tell them to knock the shyt off. i think it'd be a little hypocritical for me to set the example by voting for a man i do not like, do not trust and do not think will make nearly the changes as he promices, just becouse the heard suggest's it to me.

oh...and i'm not fukin commited to them either at this point, lol!!!
HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

People keep falling for the argument that this election is too important to vote for limited government and that we must vote for the candidate that will grow government less than the other guy. That makes no sense at all and people who follow this philosophy seem to be selling themselves out - just so they can sell themselves out more slowly.
McCain is part of the P-diddy's of the world; it's only until you put him next to Obama that he even appears to look somewhat conservative. If you remember John McCain was considering the VP slot of the John Kerry campaign in 2004. So the liberal position of the last election has become the conservative. Our options are ever increasingly between more and more pro-statist politicians and it doesn't matter if they call themselves Republican or Democrat, they want more government size - they just argue about what direction to grow it.
Voting for Republican or Democrat is voting for instant gratification that you can put your worries off for another 4 years; until, like a frog in ever increasing hot water, you come to realize the guy you voted against 8 years ago is the guy you are voting for now. Clinton is more conservative than McCain.
Right now, people need to wake up and vote the only vote that isn't wasted and that is 3rd party.
Voting McCain is like getting drunk and going home with a fat girl. When you wake up and see the policies he will implement your not going to think we'll at least I didn't sleep with a fatter girl - your gonna be like damn I phucked up.

It is always "this election"! Remember: We can't let someone like John Kerry be president and now it's between someone who values John Kerry's positions and someone worse.
