It Is Amazing!

It's amazing how some people have gone a stray thinking that socialism/communism is a superior form of government? We all have different opinions and beliefs on this board and some insist on posting socialist propaganda in an attempt to "re-educate the public". In 1949 the communists took over China. Since then Mao Tse-Tung executed 25 million of his own people for their political beliefs and let at least 5 million starve in drought and famine. Stalin killed 30 million for their political beliefs and that doesn't include the atrocities of WWII. So since 1949 please show me one democracy or even a dictatorship (which I'm not in favor of but some souls gone a stray think it is one in the same) that killed over 50 million people? Hasn't occured. The dissemination of blatant misinformation bothers me. Differences in opinion never have.

I'm afraid with this financial bailout and this talk about taking over the banks we are running towards socialism and you know once government goes big there is no going back.

I think this could be from the subtle indoctrination of these thoughts in the education system, whether it be the public school or college. Next thing you know you have a couple of generation influenced to this type of thinking.

We homeschool. Listening to some of my daughter's public school friends makes me ill. They adore Obama and my daughter will argue some of the issues and they seem totally clueless what Obama stance is on things. LOL

That is most of the problem with Obama supporters, they want him yet they are so unaware of his his policies, ideas, past, etc. they have just been sucked in by political blab thay he so eloquently delivers.
