obama constantly talks about he wants to tax only the "rich"...those making $250,000 or more a year. raise their taxes.
nevermind that the majority of taxes are paid by the rich--tax 'em more--get me some more poor votes..
nevermind that if it comes down that the harder your work, the incrementally higher your taxs are raised even more...why work harder? (i.e., keep folks down in the middle to low income brackets---more poor votes)
nevermind that it is the american dream that if you work hard, you succeed--you get what you work for...obama wants more public assistance--get me more poor votes..
obama only believes in the american dream that means you never bust it to get to $250,000 cause it won't be worth it..you get taxed to death; stay middle, or even better, low-income and rely on government to povide all your needs..."socialism".
I just cant understand how the poor in this country cannot see how this will do NOTHING to help "raise them up". Look at the situation of black americans. they have been the most reliably democratic voting block for the past, what, 40 years? and where has it gotten them? they still cry and scream and moan, 70% of black babies are born out of wedlock, like 30% of black males have been in jail, its ridiculous.
