If you raise tax on those who make more than $250,000.00 yr. , then lets look at who makes more than that. That pool of peeps are the ones who hire us(thats me and you average Joe) for jobs- now you raise their taxes and shit( as always) travels down hill. They will no longer be able to afford to pay us- so they lay off= us out of work. Or even better, tax big buisness and watch more of our companies move out of the countrywhere labor is cheaper and regulations to operate are non existant( means they make more money for themselves)= you and me out of work. I'd say don't raise their taxes and keep our jobs at home and you and me employed.

i'm talking about BIZ'S that make 250k a year...up here, his campiagn is implying that if you make over that, your NOT a small biz!!! thats what he's using as a guage for small biz. i dont know many company's that GROSS under 250k a year! big or small. now, i may be misunderstanding the message, but if i am...thats a piss poor job on there part! there's many...MANY dealerships about to close up here...all those service people, porters, office people, salesman, managers, finance people, will be out of jobs.

If anyone thinks that obama is not for raising taxes on EVERYONE, these idiots cannot be helped and leave them be and let them drink the kool aid. and the health care thing..hes not fineing anybody and the small businesses are exempt...

If you take his economic philosophy and put it in context with black liberation theology and his affinity towards Marxism, it is easier to see his motivation.

His motivation is not to increase revenue for the government or help economic growth - his motivation is to stick it to the successful in favor of liberating the 'underdog" from being held down, even at the expense of undermining our economy, which ironically will hurt the underdog worse but it will be perceived by his idiot supporters that he's trying to help them. He calls it "fairness". Like dave150 said, he's going to nail small business' to the wall and cut their throat and that's just with taxes not to mention the mandated health insurance they will be required to carry but if your not "to big to fail" who gives a $hit and liberals act as if their opposed to monopolies - when they are the one that phucking create them.

Cut small business throat, which eliminates competition and increases revenues for bigger corporations reinforcing their dominate role in the market creating a monopoly and then when the these monopolies get too big the government will cut em up into several business' or if they fail, the government will just take control of them. Does anyone see an outcome other than the government owning everything.

On the flip side, I heard McCain in an interview with Neal Boortz state that he is willing to look into the Fair Tax more but does agree the tax code does need to be restructured.

The top 10% of wage earners pay 80% of all the income taxes paid into the federal goverment. How much higher would barry like to have it to make it fair? With all that obama has promised to the public (and I'm amazed how many believe it), it is IMPOSSIBLE to do it all and not raise taxes on people under 250K. This is a number that he has coveniently changed about 30 or 40 times in the last two years. Does this remind you of anyone??? Does anyone remember bill clintons promise of a middle class tax cut and then said "we can't afford it" once he was in office. Watch your wallets!
By the way, we also have an earned income tax credit which in essence is a negative income tax. People who have paid ZERO into the system get a tax refund back. A reward for being low income yet bright enough to pop out children so they are eligable for this free money.
