Are you purposing that because McCain would consider reinstating the draft we should resort to voting for Obama.

So now taken in context; McCain has admitted he would consider the draft [McCain is a pragmatist - that doesn't surprise me] but how do statist countries act are they opposed to the draft? Obama is as pro-statist as you get, he does not believe in self-ownership he believes the state owns the citizens - do you think he is opposed to the draft.

If you fear McCain do not resort to Obama - go third party.

No, not at all Klash. Not supporting Obama. Im not even implying that a draft is a bad idea necessarily. Just that Mccain is the candidate most likely to reinstate the draft. We may have no choice but to reinstate it, especially if Afghanistan spirals out of control.

I'm sorry. I just can't vote for Obama not after what he said about Small business having a mandatory requirements for health insurance for all their employees. Oh, I know he's giving a 50% tax credit, but I want to know is how the hell are we suppose to come up with the other 50% to pay for the insurance... that will put my husband's company out of business.

He isn't being very supportive to small business.

Obama does not care about the practicality of his policies he only cares that they are "fair" and provide "economic justice" to those who are unfortunate (victims) and if those who are fortunate are demoted in his quest for "justice" that is an acceptable loss because now that they are unfortunate they will depend on him to take from the modified standard of rich.

Ironically, Bush haters resort to Obama because Bush has used government to achieve his own agendas but it is people like Obama that create the atmosphere where people like Bush can do a lot of damage.

The muslim thing is ridiculous and McCain is also dangerous for America but McCain is content with America's current pace towards statism. Obama wants to put the pedal to the metal and he doesn't want to destroy America he wants to destroy capitalism. Obama is intelligent, he is a philosopher, he is introspective and he is ideological. He knows exactly what he is and what he believes but he won't share it. Why? Because he knows people will project their own hopes and desires on to him (which he admitted about a year ago) as long as he remains vague and undefined. IMO, from watching him talk, the words he uses - I think he truly does subscribe to Marxism and most Marxists are humanists and not religious. Of course then you have to explain his motivation for his attendance to a church of black theology - I think this is simple; it has nothing to do with religion but social standings with those of the black race that feel oppressed.

So when people say something negative about McCain it is like recognizing a child that has a stick to your leg telling you to give him some money while ignoring the ex-con that has a sawed off shotgun to your balls demanding your car and wife.
