Once all of the dust settles and the economy stabalizes there will be an investigation into Fannie and Freddie. The Democraticaly controlled Senate will conduct the investigation. More specifically, Senator Chris Dodd will conduct the investigation. He benefited more than any other Sen. and he is going to run the investigation? There is something fundementally wrong with that!

Meanwhile we just allow it to happen. Where are the college kids in this world. Where are the protestors. When are we going to say, enough is enough? If this couch didn't feel so good right now I'd get up and lead a revolution myself!

I was on my way to get this revolution going but got sucked into watching the pre-debate coverage on FOX News. Then tonight is no good because the debate is on but so is the Office so no revolution is going to happen tonight! maybe tomorrow!

Actually the 7th is the only night I have free next week. Its set then. The revolution starts next Tuesday...around 8:30pm (I have to get the kids in bed first)

freddie and fannie have the lowest foreclosure rates of any mortgage company

there problem was as a GSE some one let them lever up 100-150 too one

so when there historic foreclosure rate of .60 went over 1.0 they were kaput

yes, fannie and freddie had regulations to do subprime

yet, it was the other 100 idiots that did no doc loans, securitized them, that did 95% of the stuff that is toxic and went bad

ala, country wide, and a hundred others u never hear of

they were under no mandate laws or regulations to make stupid idiotic insane dumb loans, yet, they did

now, somehwere someone should lose there head for letting fannie and freddie get over 30 -1,

also if u look at all the area's where subprime blew up, they aint in dah ghetto, phoneix, florida, callyfornia, etc.
