The gas crisis and being a good citizen

So we pull up to the gas station and this lady frantically comes up to us with a gas can, and asks us if we can help her out with some gas. She said she had no money and 2 other people turned her down. She seemed very desperate and she said she had to get home fast to get her autistic son off the bus. Fuzo gladly helped her out and gave her a fews gallons of gas. She was very thankful and kept telling him that "I could just kiss you", lol. Was she telling the truth, who knows? We just felt it was the right thing to do, and it is not like we sent her off with cash. This is not the first time I have seen Fuzo do such acts of kindness for others. It really does make you feel good to hep others in a great time of need.

i know fuzzy nuts has done stuff like this before and you should be proud of him...he's a good man.

i, on the other hand, have given up hope on helping people! i have gave and gave and gave to the point that i'm loosing everything. i've givin people oportunities when no one else would. i've trained them, and backed them, with no mony out of their own pocket and signing them to an "in house" contract, and set them out in career's making 40-50k a year with med., dental, 401k's, only to have them stiff me. i've even had them call me and thank me for all that i've done, and come by and show me their paycheck stubbs, only to have them blow me off when trying to collect. i taught a many of man to fish, only to have him hook me in the back!!
i'm done. i give up. therre truly is very, very little honor left.

thats to bad dave but i can see how that can make you not be very trusting. I try to help people out when i can and when they seem like they really need it.

It's good to help people. Always. I owe a lot to the people who have helped me. I wont ever forget it either. Giving someone gas is like feeding them at this point in our lives.

I would have imagine fuzo, putting gas on her calling her penis and set fire, while inviting people over for mashmallow.

There is something about helping someone who is in need that makes you feel good. The lady who cuts my hair has been going through a really difficult time last year. She got divorced and then her son committed suicide. She has decided to go to West Africa on a mission trip with her church. She has to come up $3,000. For some strange reason, even though we are knee deep in debt, I felt moved to give her some money for her trip.

Two weeks later my husband gets this HUGE apartment job. Then today he gets a call on another project that he bided on over 4 months ago and it's a big renovation job on an old theatre. Also today I get a phone call from an old customer who sold his business, he's starting a new company and can use some marketing help. That door opening to me starting my own business just keep getting wider!!! Now who in their right mind would start their own business in this economy???

WHO

is the best time to start a business!

the weak busienss are getting eliminated the strong stronger, they survive, it eliminate many competitors, leave potential for new opening!

BEST TIME IS NOW!!!!
