ok. fess up. Do you REALLY like all thehealthy food you eat or do you think you've been eating it for SO long and avoiding SUCH junk that you just don't know the difference anymore?
I have to say that some healthy food is good but if I could eat junk food and have no bad effects from it, than I would choose the junk food.
I'm very fortunate that my hubby LOVES to cook and he's very good at it. He cooks really healthy food that actually tastes wonderful. Yes, I like what I eat. However, I am SICK of chicken!!! Because I can find chicken at a better price than other meats, we buy a lot of it.
As far as the junk foods, sometimes I don't miss it at all. There are other times I get a craving for certain foods like pizza or Krystal burgers. I eat Krystal's then I end up with gut rot the rest of the day and regret it.
Now that you present it like that I do think I have been eating healthy for so long now that I just don't think about it.
I will say that if I allow myself to have a cheeseburger and fries from Five Guys it is noticably much better than any of the stuff i eat on a regular basis.
