IMHO, he is the only that see's this mess correctly, we are constantly in prop up mode financially.

This is an idiotic position to be for the wealthy country on earth.

I agree. I dont understand people who say the 2 party system we have is the best thing for the country...well, every 4 years its the same shit: "Voting for the lesser of two evils"...phuck that shit...Im tired of voting for the lesser of 2 evils,I want to vote for ron paul.

well, if you've read my post imho libertarians will finally get a shot in the 2020's, it takes time for a revolution too get steam

today, imho, no matter who wins, this mess is too big for em, and as i say hate motivates

in 2012 a revolution of voting out every damned encumbant and putting in all libertarians is not off the table

obie is here because of the internet, a no name with the help of the inet, money, and some good chops, is odds on favorite

if libertarians could get someone with some charisma, it's possible

U.S. Rep. John Sweeney, R-Clifton Park, who co-sponsored a bill aimed at banning over-the-counter sales of products containing androstenedione, or "andro," wants to start congressional hearings next year on the long-term health risks of nutritional supplements.


Sweeney said his interest in the supplement was piqued a couple of years ago when he learned from his 16-year-old son, John, that it was a topic of conversation in the locker room at Hoosic Valley High, where his son plays baseball.

"He was saying how some of the guys were talking about getting bigger and stronger," Sweeney said. "I told him anything you take because it says it will make muscle, you should be very suspect of."

Andro gained national attention in 1998 when Mark McGwire of the St. Louis Cardinals acknowledged using it when he hit a then-major-league-record 70 home runs.

Concerned about long-term health risks, Sweeney and fellow Republican Rep. Tom Osborne of Nebraska introduced a bill that would take andro off the market. The bill said such supplements pose "a serious health issue."
