Just because it worked in the past, does not mean it will work now. The world is forever changing and things are definitely different now than they were years ago. I think we have to focus on the "now" and not on the past.
i think we have to focus on communication instead of trying to flex what little bit of muscle we have left...

i personaly dont want to see it come to a war...if it comes to iran striking first, obviously, we should, and we will, head in full throtle. the only questions arise is in the event that isreal deals a premptive stike against iran. then, how will it be dealt with by all? russia? neighboring middle east countries? what roll do we take at that point? i'm sure we'd back isreal, but how many other "players" get involved?
the best course of action is to try to talk it out, but unfortunetly, we're dealing with one team (iranians) that dont want to hear "you cant do that", sooooo....we'll back isreals play and let the chips fall where they may...(god help us)
