Political and religious discussions

This is a message to all that post and read this forum. These 2 issues are very snesitive subjects to discuss and people's beliefs are VERY strong on them That being said, if you care to get involved in these discussions, than you have to be prepared for it. We all value the members here and we do not want to see anyone leave because of the discussions and topics in this forum. There are plenty other forums to post in, and this forum is not what brought you to FG in the first place. Be disciplined enough to stay out of the politics forum and chat elsewhere, where you don't get in heated debates with others on beliefs that you feel very strong about. I just hate to see anyone get up and go because they get to involved in these discussions. Just my 2 cents.

i agree 100%. there's plenty of opinions that get expressed on here that i dont agree with at all, but i'd never say anyone wasnt entitled to them. i dont really try to get too serious in any of these discussions (no,no, it's true...i'm kinda a joker like that...really)

well, all I gotta say is mccain sucks, obama sucks and its highly doubtful that God knows what youre doing because he simply is too busy for you...Oh, and I dont like going to church cuz it is boring and most pastors are preaching because they just like to hear themselves speak..besides that, most pastors are havin g affairs with parishoners or they are getting rub downs by gay guys. Thats my take today on religion...lol

folks, i manage money for people, and there is alot of work to be done, so it is an issue of time, nothing more nothing less

i've been a member from day one, so, i'll probably do drive by's yet sometimes in life time is an issue

These are two VERY HOT topics and its easy to get rapped up in this, but I have always been vocal on my views and respectful of others. You said it best. If you can't discuss this without being offended- this forum is probably not the best place to spend your time. There are many other forums of equal impotance that need attention.
