Conceal Carry license

Anyone well versed on them. I have one, but Ive heard that there are certain ones good for like 32 states. I travel often and would rather carry more legit when I am in other states.

Anyone have any info?

From what I understand, Texas is VERY lenient on gun laws. That's the only state I know of, where you can catch someone breaking into your car, blow their brains out, go call the cops, have a beer while your waiting, and be in bed asleep no later than an hour after the shooting.

Yes, many states like Florida signed on to agreements with other states to make your carry permit valid in their state (similiar to our driver licenses) through reciprocity.
Be careful of inner city municipalities. NYC, Chicago, DC... They all have special permits.

Yes down here in Texas they are very lenient. Texas- you can carry a concealed loaded firearm in your motor vehicle without a license- you only need the license if you carry on your person. And yes we can shoot you breaking into my car- my nieghbors house- in the yard. Its called the "Castle Law" and I love it!

wish we had that shyt up here!!! you shoot someone here, you better drag them INTO the house, bust in your kitchen window, put a butcher knife in their hand, use it to stab yourself a few times, angle yourself right and shoot the wall behind them for forensic's and you MAY get off with 5-8 years for assualt

yes Ilove TX gunlaws but will be out of TX in 09, and in the southeast and up in the Boston area.

Some programs are honored in a bunch of states while others are not.While Im active I have a much better chance of getting one of the cool people lic because my residency is very flexible

PA is the same way. If I see someone trying to steal my car, why don't I have the right to pop a cap in their as$? But if you do, you'll be in big trouble. So I'm with you. Shoot them, drag them into the house, put a knife in their hand, THEN call the cops.

When I went through the classes to get my license, the instructor told us that if your house were to get broken into, to call 911, and ONLY say that there is an intruder in my home and i am afraid for my life. Then HANG UP THE PHONE-- any recorded conversations from the 911 call can and will be used against you in court to prosecute the homeowner who shoots the intruder... Rule #1 is shoot to kill and not wound-- one account of what happened is better than 2

i carry one in my car. you dont need a permit to do so in Texas!

i dont have a consealed carry permit as i am always in shorts and a tshirt and have no where to put it
