I am back again! Fatter, educated, in a shitty job. But back none the less. I have like 45 lbs to loose. I feel like working out is the only think I can controll in my life so getting back in shape will be cake.Comment

Thank and I promise to be more active around here. The best shape I was ever in was 5 yeas ago, I was about 190 and 11 percent bf. My current girl and I started dating when I got up to 260 and like 34 percent bf. I started working out 3 months ago and I'm already 240 lbs and down to 26% bf. To me I still look horrible, since I know where I once was physically. To her I've become a stud and I'm enjoying getting all the raping she's been giving. She's been gone on a month vacation and I've lost a few more bf points since we last saw each other by living on the stair machine. can't wait until she's home.Comment
