Me too but unfortunately, I was barely coherent from an ass beating I had just received from 5 guys that liked to hit people from behind and kick them in the face while they were unconscious. This is when my brother had the nerve to call my wife a B1tch. (so brave)

I GOT IN A FIGHT WITH MY BROTHER RIGHT AFTER HE GOT OUT OF BASIC TRAINING AND THOUGHT HE WAS A BAD AZZ....HE PULLED A KNIFE ON ME AND CUT MY WRIST PRETTY BAD. I ENDED UP STABBING HIM IN THE HEAD WITH A LIT TIKI TORCH TO GET HIM OFF ME. FLAMES WERE ALL OVER THE YARD

My family has been through our ups and downs. I went through some really difficult times with my mom and my sister-in-law. I have tried to put it all behind me, and so far we're all getting along. My mom did one of her crazy stunts to my brother and his wife, and needless to say they aren't as close as they use to be. My mom still doesn't understand why they area always so "distant". I just keep my mouth shut... it's only a matter of time before she does something to drive us all crazy again.

wow, I guess Im not the only one with a hypocritical a$$hole in th efamily. Even my mom says my bro needs to get his head out of his ass and appologize to me. No, I dont expect a dirtbag to appologize for his behaviour...This guy lives a high life. Huge house in the colorado mountains..trips to europe every year, New cars, boats, etc. His success makes him arrogant as hell. Makes me sick that he got $100,000 when my dad died. He wouldnt even loan some of it back to my mom. Yet he flaunts his christianity everywhere. He rarely calls my mom who is disabled and lives alone. teaches bible study and sunday school. Puts me down for not going to church..You all know the type. Right wing fundamentalist narrow minded judgemental self righteous..uh, Im sure there are more adjectives...I have n othing against conservatives, unless they act like this dic. He has a W bumper sticker on his car and if you criticize W, he will start screaming about how great W is.LOL

Yeah, I know the type. Someone I know made a lot (I mean a lot) of money off of a lawsuit and sounds similar to your brother. He got involved with a highly successful and influential church, the church would bend over backwards to suck his d1ck because they knew he had money and he funded a lot of their "projects" - so now you'd think he was the owner of this church. That's all he was involved with but they treated him like a celebrity - so I guess he started playing the part. Where as religion was barely noticeable in this guys life before the money.

we're all obnoxious italian irish folks who talk alot, loudly, and get together for family junk
we've had some of this and that, yet, none of us our estranged
we've come close sometimes, but, we've made it through, as a family we moved seveal times cross country growing up, so in a ways we have stuck together
i talk to my one bro often, he was close to my father and when he died we became very close, he was outta control when he was young with major addhd problems, yet, his a good man
my other brother had some rough times and is very secretive, yet, finally manned up
my sis is like me perfect in everyway, a davidist to the core
