    * Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) and Rep. Robert Latta (R-Ohio) received a score of 100 percent but were only present for 11 of the 35 Senate votes and 1 of the 100 House votes, respectively, that CCAGW tallied. Therefore, they were not eligible for the Taxpayer Super Hero Award. Sen. Tim Johnson (D-S.D.) and Reps. J. Davis (R-Va.), Millender-McDonald (D-Calif.), Norwood (R-Ga.), Richardson (D-Calif.), and Tsongas (D-Mass.) all had zero ratings but were present for less than half of the votes CCAGW tallied. Therefore, they were not included in the list of lowest scores.
