I'm reading Yahoo's blog Shine and came across this question that a author wrote for readers. It was interesting what average people's replies were.
To me, all I seem to be giving up is a little bit of time and certain foods. It's really not that big of a sacrifice in my mind. I don't think I have a prefect body, but I've made the best of what I've got. I feel really good about that.
What would you give (or give up) to have the body you want today?

All we really have to give is our time, energy, hard work and discipline.
But if there was a quick fix, what would that fix be for you?
What would you sacrifice for life or do in exchange to see your body change immediately?
