The more you think about it, the more you should realize. Quite possibly this Country could use a black president. Since the 1700's, we've always gone with white boys. And look where we are. I love this Country. But we might need a change all the way around. I loves my Republican bretheren. But McCain does look like he's been dead for about 10 years. And no one's told him yet.

lmao...did anyone see MCCain on Leno last night?...He talked about doing those town hall meetings with Obama where they would both stand on stage together chatting. I am wondering how the two will look side by side and if the age diff will be really obvious. I hope that doesnt play into it, but it has to to a deegree. Obama turned down the offer I guess, but Im sure there will be debates. what do you think?

If Walter Williams was running for president, I'd support that black president but Obama makes no sense, his priority is attempting financial equality not a strong economy; he implies this every time he speaks on the economy.

I think the age issue would be more significant in any debates they may have if Obama could talk more eloquently when he is away from his written speeches. I think McCain will come across sharper, mentally, which will null out the age issue, which is saying quite a bit about our candidates - when McCain is the quick one.

No, now think about it Klash. Quite possibly, the entire black community has been non existant in the Democratic process because, well, quite frankly, they're dissinterested in what the Republicans had to offer. This country was at it's greatest when Clinton ran things. We cleared up the national deficit, things were good with other Countries, and we didn't have to worry about a war on our home turf. So you take a BLACK DEMOCRATIC candidate, and suddenly the black population wakes up and decides, "Hey, we want to make a difference". Look pally, white people will be the minority by 2050. So sometime in this lifetime my friend, we will have a black president. Why not make the change while we're young enough to see it. I think a black President might do this world some good. Now, I can't wait for area 51 to become public, Aliens to make contact with us, and the Kennedy files to be released in the original, unblackened, unedited state.

ya, no kidding. Yup, you could sure see teddy reading off that teleprompter last night. everyone of those speeches 2 DNC is written for them and rehearsed
in advance. So far obama has not been good at all when he has to think on his feet...
