That is so not right! Without the man, there is no baby. I guess because it is the woman's body, it is her choice, but I don't completely agree with that.
You can't give rights to the unborn without sacrificing the rights of women. So if you are pro-life; you cannot justify your position with the concern for rights, because your undermining individual rights to fit your morality.

It doesn't matter when I think a baby is a baby; legally a woman's rights should never be superseded by an unborn baby.
Well according to Obama, when the baby is born alive and survives an abortion, they should be given no medical assistance to live. I would say that the born baby has rights and they are not even considered because of the woman's initial decision to abort. That is just plain killing of a baby. Unfortunately there are many women who use abortion as a means of birth control. They just figure if they get pregnant, they will just abort. That is what really irks me.
I have to say that I have been pro-choice most of my life, but after giving birth to my daughter, who was premature, I have changed my views. She was very much a human being and I can't believe how woman can just discount that because they "are not ready, or "do not want" that baby.

This is what I don't understand about the Pro-life position. Why can you not differentiate between the fact that you find it immoral but that women own their own bodies and thus they should be able to choose what they believe is moral; whether it is in agreement with your morality or not.
