If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
after laying off working out for 7-8 weeks, last night, i finally got up enough motivation to hit a back workout (my favorite w/o), and man it felt awsome!!!
i do think i'm gonna try to hang around that 205-210 mark. it does feel better than 220! (currently 198)....
