first off let me start by saying that im not defending putin one bit....i think hes a shady focker...
but russia is getting a bad rap for this whole incident...georgia started all of this by killing people in south ossetia...i have to shower but i will put up more about it in a bit...but russia is not to blame for this...it was retaliation...

Georgia is preparing for a US-financed war against Abkhazia and South Ossetia. That is what the country's military build-up reveals, according to a leading journalist and political analyst from Geneva. Since the current regime took power, Georgian military spending has effectively increased by over forty times and now has the highest growth-rate of any country in the world.

Georgia is a Staunch US ally, and was trying to get into Nato. They have invested alot in Weapons over the past years. Russia on the other hand does not want a U.S. Ally on its outher border, where it can control the energy supply routes to europe.

This could have a significant impact, it is already effecting markets, with the Dollar rising against the Euro, and the Ruble falling.

The pipelines out of the Caspian Sea in Southern Georgia are at stake. The US needs access to the resources (some report the reserves there are larger than Iraq) plus control of any pipelines running routes through US friendly countries to the black sea. Russia, on the other wants the same thing and it all depends on little port cities. The Heritage Foundation has a very good report about all of this posted on the internet, including bringing Georgia to our form of government. Of course they didn't know that once that was done, Georgia would get a little trigger happy and start this whole deal when the US military is nearly broke, the country going bankrupt and void of any real allies large enough to take on Russia, China and Iran all at one time.

Georgia launched a major attack on civilians killing thousands provoking Russia, Abkhazia and others in that region to respond. I saw live Georgia launching thousands of rockets into South Ossetia HITTING HOUSES, HOSPITALS AND APARTMENTS. There are reports of buses full of evacuees being attacked. Civilians having there throats cut and execution style killings by Georgia. Our western media is reporting none of this only the EVIL Russian aggression. Also reports of unidentified mercenaries supporting Georgia. It is a fact that our marines are over there. They have been training Georgia's military. Georgia also was to be the location of part of the missile defense shield that Russia compared to having nukes in Cuba. So research this one and help find and spread the truth. This is a huge situation that needs our attention.
