I am trying to take a ju-jitsu class after work with one of the doctors at the hospital. He is givin me a free pass and if i like it then i will stick with it. Problem is I have to get my workouts in. Chest, Back, Legs, Arms, Shoulders are done separately and i usually have a cardio day on wednesday (ju-jitsu) will prolly cover the cardio. How can I implement the class into my weekly shedule and also hit all the bodyparts??? Somebody set up a workout for me if u can that would work....

Really thats cool bro...when i have a kid he is gunna do all that stuff too. Yea but not only do I get to do it free but its a good way for me to get in good with the doc ya know. Dont know if ill be able to fit it in my schedule but im tryin to figure it out.
this gets really tough bro the more you get into the martial arts/mma type training. My suggestion would be find a way to hit weights 3 days a week and don't go to heavy cause your joints are going to get torn up with both spectrums of force on them
