Does anyone use them? What are you thoughts on them?

    Re: Bodyfat scales

I have an old one I bought in 96 and still have. It's a great accurate scale to 1/2lb but the bodyfat gauge is a little off. It reads 3% higher than I am. The newer models are supposed to have a bodybuilder setting but mine doesn't have it.
Beside that I think it's a great investment. It'll also help as you add mass (weight) and are dieting because you will see the bodyfat go down as your weight stays the same.

      Re: Bodyfat scales

I just bought one yesterday that has an "Athletic" mode. I had to leave out of town, so haven't used it yet. I'll let ya know when I get the chance to use it.
