DUDE.,... not voting for Obama or McCain is a waste of your vote.. what is the point? I understand that we are free to vote for who we want, but why bother voting if its not going to mean anything?

thats the point..it means something to me!!!
why vote for someone whos policies i dont agree with or vote for someone who i dont agree with period? what kind of a man does that make me? someone who doesnt stand by his convictions? someone who doesnt live life on principle? im not a conformist...and tell me..how is it a waste of a vote? i either vote for who i want to be president and have you say i wasted my vote..or i dont vote at all..which is truly a wasted vote....
you can go ahead and waste your moral vote by voting for one of these guys..but i will excersise my right to vote for who i think is best suited for the job...

Less than a week later, the price of gasoline followed to an all time national average high of $4.11 a gallon. But since then, the price of a barrel of crude dropped to $123 on July 25, and gas has dropped fourteen cents to $3.97.

According to the Department of Energy, Americans used almost two-and-a-half percent less fuel over the past four weeks than they did a year ago. The AAA says that drop in demand is one reason for lower gas prices - another is the cool down on Wall Street.

"Because of speculation in the crude oil market by people that would never take delivery of a drop of crude, we saw prices going higher," said Robert Sinclair, Jr. with the AAA. "So the correction that a lot of analysts were talking about - it looks like that is what we are seeing - and it's being reflected at the pump."

Yesterday, in a sop to his oil industry buddies, George W. Bush lifted an executive order banning oil exploration in US waters.

Oil tumbles again; prices fall over $10 in 2 days

NEW YORK - Oil prices have settled sharply lower for the second straight day, capping a dizzying drop that has left crude more than $10 cheaper in just two days of frenzied trading.
Light, sweet crude for August delivery fell $4.14 to settle at $134.60 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, after earlier sinking as low as $132.

The drop follows a $6.44 sell-off Tuesday, meaning prices have plummeted over $10 since Monday.

MY POINT AFTER BUSH ANNOUNCED THE PRICE OF OIL PER BARRELL DROPPED.SO NOW WHO WANTS TO TELL ME I'M WRONG. MY POINT WAS THAT WHEN BUSH ANNOUNCED -Bush Lifts US Oil Exploration Ban the very next day the price of a barrell of oil dropped.And it did/.And I dont know how much cleared I have to be and i'll say it again

1-bush announced,2-immediately prices of a barrel of oil dropped that day and the next. so stray one more time where was i not listening to what I said to begain with.

It's amazing! When prices are going up it is the evils of big oil and the republican party... When prices decrease it's a natural correction that the dems saw coming a mile away. But there is NO WAY Ron Paul is going to get elected,... you KNOW that for a fact... so, you HAVE to have an opinion on which you would rather see in the white house... if there is 2 people I dont like, there's always one i like a little less then the other.. right?
