Whats the deal with Zack Efron???

My girl was tellin me yesterday about how in Star Magazine they have a article on Zack Efron (that dude from the high school musical stuff) and apparently he put on a ton of muscle in...5 DAYS!!!! She read me the article and its all about is he on steroids or growth hormones and stuff. I told here it isn't possible to gain that much lean muscle in such a short amount of time but she was all amazed by the bullshit pictures they had...does anyone have the pics to post up I really wanna see whats up with his "SUPER TRANSFORMATION"!!!

Yea i wanna see the pics my girl said he looked all scrawny and like crap and then in the pic five days later he had added significant muscle and had vains everywhere and was amazingly vascular!!! What-the-heck ever I call B.S. she is suppost to show me the mag when she comes to see me this weekend

Swole... here is an article on him that shows before and after pics. The media is usually way out of step. The kid has probably been working at for awhile, but to the media it seems like over night. They have to sensationalize everything or they can't sell their magazines.

thanks dixie!!! If thats the pics she was talkin about than im not too impressed...she made him sound like he was lookin like brad pitt from fight club or somethin. But still if they are sayin he looked like the pic on the left and 5 days later like the pic on the right I Call BS cuz his arms look like he gained about an inch. He is still small though LOL

I tried to find a link to E! special they've been airing on TV about the top sexiest beach bodies. I had to laugh at the top people they considered buff bodies. Matthew McConaughey was in the top 5, but not number 1. Brad Pitt & Will Smith weren't even mentioned which was totally surprising because the media loves Brad. To beat all their number "BUFF" body was Pamela Anderson!??? I didn't get that at all... well except for the big boobs from Baywatch swimsuit. That's find... but DON'T call her BUFF!!!

It crazy what the media considers "buff". I've heard Madonna, Janet Jackson, Jessica Biel, Anne Hathaway, Shia LaBeouf, etc considered buff. Grant this celebrities aren't by far overweight and they do stay in shape, but they can hardly be considered "buff".

Those 2 photo's are NOT a week difference. The first photo, he looks like he's about 15. I can believe a 5 year difference. But not 5 days.
