I naturally stand with my chest out kinda bowed up looking with a curve in my back looks kinda like this >>> ) been told kinda looks like a "big man" stance! Don't know what it is just always stood like this don't think its an actual spinal problem or anything, but how do I correct this??? Any daily stretches or exercises I could do???
See a doc to check if it's stressing your back or anything. It sounds like a good posture. Better than the opposite. And if it's not hurting anything, why worry? That's just how you stand. Don't get a complex over a natural thing. If someone asks, "why are you standing like a tough guy?", reply, "because I am",lol...
really though, if it's not hurting, and it's your natural posture, then I wouldn't give a second care bro.
