So looking at the bright side of things: I'm thankful for
my husband, family and friends
that I HAVE a crappy job
for the roof over my head (even though we have 2 houses too many still)
my health
my mother-in-law who has been helping keep my husband's business a float for now
I just made a concious decision with all the phooh going on in the world, it was controlling my attitude rather than me controlling it.
So, thursday I made the executive decision to go back to what i know and love best, experiencing joy right now.
I do that by focusin on what is right with the world, others, and myself, and after awhile a lightness comes into my step, my laugh in heartier, and i feel better, and best of all more powerfull and in control of my own destiny.
