  • Computer Volume Issue

About a week ago, I logged on to my computer and the volume was very low. I usually have it 10% of the way up on the volume bar and on 6 of 20 on the monitor and it's plenty loud. Now after logging on and the volume is way down, both the volume bar and the monitor are on max and the volume is low at best. I checked all the connections, they seem fine. Rebooted and no help? Techie's please help...

    Re: Computer Volume Issue

Assuming a PC, go into the control panel and open up the "sounds" device. There should be something under playback devices. Look at the properties and there should be a Levels tab. Increase the volume in there, it is a different level than your slide bar on the bottom. Hope this helps.

      Re: Computer Volume Issue

Click the volume button twice. This will bring up the advanced settings. Set the volume to every segment of the PC system and then click the SAVE button.
