    I Phucking tore my ACL! Injured playing football... I'm pissed! Still deadlifting 300+... can't squat for shee-it but still managing to lift hard... still blows because I can't lift heavy on legs...

        Completely torn... PCL is sprained... LCL is intact but sprained... bone contusion and fracture... PHUCK! Still lifting hard though...

          Sorry to hear that, but still good you are lifting hard.
          Are you going in for surgery?

            I'de leave out the dead lifts for a while... play it safe.
