ah liberals judges at their best!

Here the decision rendered by judges in quebec last week.

First: a judge told the juries not to take case of the drug indictment, drugs found in his home and the 3 illegal pistols he possesed, he also said the warrant was illegal, so therefore they acquitted a man who shot in the head a police officer during a search warrant.

a 12 yo girl was found chatting in front of her webcam, she was found by her dad who came home earlier so to find his daugther naked fingering herself online. He took his daughter threw her clothes, slap on her the face saying what the hell she was doing there and seized her computer, the ***** sued her father and won in court!

Supreme Court just ruled here in a 5 to 4 decission that you can't give the death penality to a child rapist.
To dam* many liberals on the court.

And here, I was thinking about moving to Canada if Obama won. I don't want to see some 12 year old fingering herself on line. She's gotta be at least 14 or older. But I still do like Canada's health care system. So I still may come up there if Obama wins. Vandoo, you have a few extra bedrooms for the family?

Well, there could be a problem with that one. Kids lie, plain and simple. If a kid lies and you get the death penalty...is that fair? Don't get me wrong bro, I think child rapist are the sicks bunch of people on this planet, but sometimes innocent people are found guilty because someone lies. Just imagine the damage kids could do to adults if this was law. There are kids out there that use claims like this to get back at adults. I would be fine if they got the death penalty but the substancial evidence would have to be overwhelming so that there is no doubt at all.
