McCain campaigns for NAFTA in Canada and continues his vow for amnesty to Hispanics in Chicago.
Senor Juan McCain states that his campaign put together the trip to Canada instead of his senate office because he didn't want the tax payers to pay for his trip. So the trip was paid for with campaign funds. McCain also states that his trip is not political. Does that mean it is personal? Is it legal for McCain to use campaign funds for this and his other upcoming foreign trips? Especially after deciding to accept public funding of his general election campaign?
