    Question for those who lived or still live in the state of Nevada primarily Las Vegas

    I have a few questions for you lads that lived or still reside in Nevada mainly Vegas.

    I am really really strongly thinking about moving there...not anytime soon but as soon as I am able to. I give up living on East Coast and dealing with this weather and other BS that goes on along with it. I love hot weather. I love the west coast esp. that strong desert heat with low dew point and humidity.

    Living there. Renting apartments, buying an apartment or a single family home with a pool (pool is a MUST). how much does it cost... doesn't have to be one expensive neighborhood but something that's quiet nice and won't get me killed at night.

    jobs...I don't have a college degree...so I'd have to seek some alternative employment where degrees are not required. I'm not looking to make a fortune...just enough to enjoy myself..have food on a table..and that's all.

    any other experiences you might have share them with me please..

    go sell cars. who cares what shyt cost...it's all in poportion to what you make!!! king of cars will always need salespeople and i'm betting you can bullshyt with the best of 'em!!!

        it blows about 5mo's a year. the summer/spring is awsome and i dont mind the fall at all. this year it's been alot more difficult on us than past years, but we're making due. we'll be moving out of this state, hopefully, in the next 18mo's or so...not sure where...looking kentucky, tenn. maybe south carolina or indiana...our move will be a combination of personal as well as biz, so my options are more limited

          ^ i just checked on craigs list apartments in vegas...OMFG... 1 bdr in boston is 1000$+ in vegas 1 bdrm is $500 an up...what a difference.
