when you get all wore out on a disrubtion at work and fire someone, how the whole company changes!! we've had these 2 employee's since we opened. on one hand, they are VERY caring people (to a fualt). they'd do anything to help a employee to the point of fukin the company (so we thaught). i finally had enough....they were very terrotorial...told other employee's not to talk to me, that they HAD to go through them or they'd fire them. i have a 100% open dorr policy, but no-one would come to me. i had a VERY good employee quit. he was the 3rd good employee to leave in 60days. i called him 10 times to find out why...it was becouse of them. I KNEW IT!!! he wouldnt come to me becouse he felt that they were MY people (according to them) and i'd back them and he'd be fired anyways!! i launched them yesturday morning.....i braught that guy back and put him into one of there positions....all of a sudden...BAM!!!! place is rockin!! everyone working together, phones are ringing off the hook (dont know how thats related) and things are going great!
