that was not the decision the supreme court made
they just re-instated the consitution as opposed to bushies law
fwiw, all they got was the right to habeus corpus, which means they can challenge whether they have been incorrectly arrested, so you're right, with no uniforms it's likely we got some wrong, so they can challenge, that's all they can do, they lose challenge and they are war criminsals
once you nix habeus corpus, they can do it too you if they feel like it, yeah, cause u don't wear a uniform with illegal wire taps, they can say fuzo is terrorist and then u got zero rights
