YOU KNOW I WAS WATCHING TV TONIGHT AND I STARTED TO THINK I WISH I WAS RICH AND I CAN GIVE MY DAUGHTER AND MY WIFE EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD.WELL I GUESS MY WIFE SAW ME IN DEEP THOUGHT AND ASKED ME WHAT I WAS THINKING AND I TOLD HER AND SHE SAID THAT WE ARE ALREADY RICH AND SHE TOLD ME SHE LOVES ME NO MATTER WHAT AND JUST BEING HOW WE ARE NOW SHE WOULDNT CHANGE ANYTHING. THAT FELT PREETY DAM GOOD HEARING THAT.

I think that being rich would just enhance your current situation. If you are happy and loved, then it would just be a little easier and cooler. If you are a drug addict or spend all your time in the boob bars, then all your $$$ will be spent there and will put you worse off..I've often said that if I were to win the lottery, I wouldn't leave my wife, or screw around on her because A-I love her and my family, and B- she is my conscience and will keep me even keeled and above the tombstones...Comment

I have to keep reminding myself this these days too. I've thought about it too lately, and it's not that I want or really need anything other than major. Our cars are paid off, and we have all the "stuff" we need. We have a nice home. I would just like the money to finish it. We haven't even had the money for the door knobs or register covers, etc.
I guess my mother-in-law got tired of using our bathrooms without being able to close the door. One day recently I got a call from my husband, his dad came up with interior doors. He helped up them up. If our houses would sell, we would be in great shape. It's just making three house payments that's killing us.Comment

I like rich in life.. Healthy happy family and lots of good friends...merc is my hero

I won't lie. I wish I was rich. I would want to be able to afford everything and make myself happy, my family, my friends. Working and just working and saving money and all that is nice and all but having a lot of cash IF YOU'RE SMART WITH IT is always a good idea. Health is my #1 priority, but when you are really stable with the money that helps a lot.Comment
