      well, lately life has been messing up my program (for the last 2-3 weeks), but it usually works like this...

      mon-fri
      8-9pm maybe 915 depending on day
      i have a home gym.
      HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

        EVERY DAY AND ABOUT 1 HOUR 20 MINUTES

          I usually split my workouts a.m and p.m. but they each usually last around an hour.

          Gym

          I train on Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri. Mon. is a split day as is Thurs and Fri, Tues I usually just hit the gym once.

            Three to four days per week - at the gym - for approximately 1 hour.

              Five days a week for training about 1-2 hours depending on the number of people there. This also includes 40 minutes of cardio and abs. On the 6th day, I just do 40-45 minutes of cardio
              Push it, Pull it, Rack it. Repeat untill wide!!

              Take nothing I say as serious, What do I know, I sell water!!

                    my schedule is so F'd up that i go until i can't go no more. So, approx 6-7 days per week at 2 hrs plus including abs and cardio. At a gym
