Chocolate Stampede

Dang... my boss comes back from lunch at Longhorn's Steakhouse with dessert for us. Yes, he brings back Chocolate Stampede cake.

I'm getting 25 grams of carbs today, and they are eating chocolate cake.

Chocolate Stampede
Two peaks of chocolate cake packed with six types of chocolate including chocolate mousse, fudge icing and chocolate shavings! Served with vanilla bean ice cream, fudge sauce and whipped cream.

I did pass it up... that tiny little piece of material they call a "posing suit" keeps me from having anything good for the next 3 wks.

What is your favorite frosting?

My step-daughter turned 18 this weekend, and she is graduation from high school. We had a party for her and her friends on friday night, and a family party for her Sunday. Naturally there had to be cake, but I got lucky this time. She wanted a white cake with vanilla icing... you know that nasty sugary-crisco icing. That didn't tempted me at all... blek!

Now had it been the whip cream or cream cheese icing, it may have been a different story. Which frosting do you like best? Buttercream, Cream Cheese or Whip Cream frosting

I like cream cheese icing, I think it goes good on any kind of cake.

Or I got on this craving of cheese cake ice cream last year with the blueberry toppings and graham crackers mixed in from the Marble Slab. **** thats good stuff.

i can pass on just about anything when i get serious about loosing fat...just NOT brownie's!!! i cant even allow them in my house, at work and the kids better NOT EVEN THINK of having them on there breath!!!

I'd have to go with the cream cheese icing too. Isn't that what's on Red Velvet cake?

I'm really not that much of a sweets eater. I can't handle that real rich stuff. My wife has a couple of specialties that I can't pass up. She does this chocolate pound cake...mmm...it is exactly how it sounds...a chocolate pound cake, and it has chocolate chips all in it...man, right out of the oven...when the chocolate chips are all hot and melty...mmm.mm
