Huge problem. I was caught with my keys in the ignotion and charged with DUI. Someone placed me behind the wheel but when the cops got there the car was off and in park and I was snoozing. The person that was driving me and I got into it and they got out of the car so I had to pull the car into a parking lot. I may have driven 100 yrds. Can i fight this?

i dont think this is a fight youre likely to win...alot of places the keys in the ignition and you behind the wheel is all they need... -

A co-worker of mine did the samething. He was in a bar for several hours, went and moved his car out of a 7-11 parking lot onto side street, drove his car less then 100yrds and they nailed him for a DUI. Like stray said, if your drunk with the keys in the ignition your done. Get a good lawyer and good luck.Comment
