when your bulking you miss the agility and being lean. When your lean you miss the size and the strength. We have body dismorphia man!!! LOL

I start feeling like that at 250, I start rolling around to get up off the floor. LOL, I hate that! Can you imagine what Ronnie Coleman must feel like.

Ah yes... I graduated at 6-00/135lbs. Kinda funny running into people I went to school with.

I'm 6-01/220lbs now and would ultimately like 230lbs under 10%BF... I could do that if I concentrate on my legs... Injuries have just screwed me the past few years...

Re: DO YOU EVER COME TO THE POINT

Used to think that there was no such thing as to big. Now,at 50, I'm 6' somewhere around 255-260. BF is around 12-14%.
The constant pounding of heavy weights on my joints is starting to take a toll on me. I amused to being sore for a few days after a workout, always thought that was normal. The pain in the knees is startong to be the big kicker for me.
So I decided to cut the weights and up the reps. That lasted about 2 weeks. Didn't feel as though I had even been to the gym. That made me feel like I was wasting my time. So back to the heavy wieghts I went. I now vary the weights from week to week anlong with the number of reps and sets.
I have added long trip kayaking and mountain biking to my weekly routines.
The weight is coming down slowly, but the strength is not falling off as I thought it would. Going to stick with thisover the summer and see how it turns out for me.
Push it, Pull it, Rack it. Repeat untill wide!!

Take nothing I say as serious, What do I know, I sell water!!

I got over being huge long ago... i would rather be muscular and lean but not a monster. I have not taken anything but winny in a ling time... and even that has been a while.
