i was the same way. thought they would be real annoying. but..i am soooo much more focused on the workout while wearing them. i no longer pay attention to what is going on around me and stay within the zone. some people get annoyed cause they want to talk and i pretend i don't hear them

If you want to hear music at the gym I go to you have to wear head phones.

I saw Rage at Lollapalooza 3[sp] in New Orleans...where else...that might have been 4. Yeah, I think it was the next year they were there, but they jammed. So did Alice in Chains. It was right after the Dirt release. They hit the stage right as night fell. They fuggin rocked! Then Primus. They headlined that year. Claypool is rediculous. Front 2 for 2...the list goes on. Those were the days.

Dave bringing back Suicidal Tendancies. I haven't heard that name since I was skating half pipes around the neighborhood in about 6th grade. Showing the older dudes how to blast airs 3-4ft over coping, and stalling handplants. oh yeah, I shredded...ramp when the surf was flat.
