PREETY MUCH EVERYONE WANTS TO GANG UP ON MCCAIN ABOUT THE GAS PRICES OR WHATEVER. HATE TO TELL YOU ALL THIS BUT ITS OUR OWN FAULT FOR THE GAS PRICES. IF WE CONTINUE TO KEEP BUYING TRUCKS AND SUV'S WELL WE ARE TO BLAME THEN.OUR GAS GUZZLING TRUCKS KEEP NEEDING GAS AND WE KEEP GETTING IT AND KEEP BUYING SUV'S.

well...the real prob. is production. if the gas companies would have been building more refineries, we could meet demand! THATS the real prob. not dems, not repub's...oil companies not reinvesting in refineries!! anyone that thinks diff. is incorrect. the current refineries cannot keep up. they (the oil companies) knew this was coming. i remember this being debated back in the mid to late 90's. with the number of people expanding, life expectancies rising, the increase for production needed to be addressed a long time agoHE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

oil companies just want to make a buck and no one wants to stand up to them. Sure you can try but its not like we can boycott them we are dependant on them so they can continue to charge what they want...Comment

thats too easy merc. i've actually seen there proffit sheets and yes, they make 120billion or whatever....but, based on percetages, i think it was like 6 or 7%!!! most companies ceo's would be canned for a 6-7% return!!!! more 15% is expected. i'm not sticking up for them...assholes could build and update their refineries and help bring this cost back in line, but it aint gonna happen...i'm teeling you...it's refineries!!
they (exxon/mobil) just STARTED to update the one here in detroit (you'll here about it...it'll be on fire and the reason why gas goes over 4.25 this summer) and they say it'll be a 2 year update that MAY affect refining capabilities at times....HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!
