Alright here's what up...

I'm looking to get another tattoo on my left delt that will go down the sleeve...nothing enormous...but not to small either... this is where I need ur help... ladies and gent's... I will spend about $400 to $500 on this piece...I have a great artist in mind...but I want something unique...like a tribal sign or something

You could tribalize (whatever animal represents your birth in the chinese calendar) and intertwine that with a tribalized zodiac sign that would represent your month of birth.

So if the birthdate in your profile is correct. You could get some goat horns tribalized in maybe a yin/yang format with a tribalized lion.
