Ok, i'm 42 and been lifting and cycling since mid 20's. Tis the season get pumped and ripped for the early vacation and summer. I am real good in the off season with training and dieting so my bf stays pretty good at approx 15% and will go to approx 11-13% and possibly lower.
A few months back i hurt my shoulder, went to my hot asian chick doc and she told me i had a touch of arthritis (i offered to strip down entirely but she said it was not necessary). I layed off the workout for about 2 weeks and started taking liquid Glucosamine/Chondroiton/MSN religously. I have not had any pain but my bones, especially in my shoulders are clicking and making noises.
Any of you older gents have the same issue?
