I guess we all have different views on this one. Yeah if it was my daughter things would be different WHY ? because I would teach her not to be tough online because sooner or later things will get to you. What goes around comes around. Believe it or not, I know relationships and marriages that ended up because of Myspace and Facebook. The girl did probably talk a lot of trash about the other girls that beat her down, but I guarantee you - she will never ever try to do bad mouth someone again.

And after all - they are kids for the god's sake. MEDIA likes to make HUGE problem for everything. What the video shows - there is no way in hell that girl was knocked down unconscious and all that stuff. And teens facing LIFE in prison for that... HAHHAHA... I want to see that happen. And to charge them with kidnapping ??? Kidnap means when someone TAKES YOU AWAY and doesn't let you out. To me that girl willingly came to their house - now its a different story that they didn't let her out.

i seen the video the full video...there was ALOT more to it...they fuked that little girl up...there was 4-5 diff. girls hitting her...they slammed her head into the wall. when they knocked her out, they put her on the couch...when she woke up, thats the part of the video the police released...that only the end that you see!!
trust me...those little biotches need to be prosecuted...

let me see if my wife can find it again...it's pretty brutal to watch these girls just trash this little girl. and she had no idea it was comming. my wife and my daughter were saying...it's one thing to say i'd do this or i'd do that, but both said, when it came show time, it'd be a diff. story. niether could believe that none of them said..ok...thats enough!! they whipped on that girl for a good bit!

All the kids are being charged with false imprisonment because they wouldn't let her leave. Then after the beating, like dave stated, three of them put her in a car and took her somewhere against her will - those three are being charged with kidnapping.

The thing is deno. You don't know what she put on her myspace page. Just because those girls motivation to assault her was something she wrote was considered "trashing" them doesn't mean much. She might have just called these girls out on something, it may have been true and embarrassed them.

From what I understand. This group of kids lured her to the house, in which she had belongings to pick up. Beat her unconscious, waited til she came back to and beat her some more. Then piled her in a car and took her against her will. And their motivation was they disapproved of what she wrote on her myspace page.

I don't care who you are. If you can condone this action - you have some morality deficits.

I think life is going to be hell for those girls if they stay at the same school. They will be harrassed and spit on for what they did. Kids can be soooo brutal...ruthless at that age. I remember **** we did, we had no concept of the feelings of others...I wish I could go back and undo the damage us 'jocks" did to non-jock kids.

They claim that the girl was talking smack on her MySpace but the girl said that her page was hacked. They beat her anyway. And these were her friends.

However, Dr. Phil came to the rescue to build his ratings and bailed the leader of the fight out of jail.

His PR quickly came to his rescue and said that Dr. Phil had nothing to do with it. Only the staff members and they've been consulted about it, since it's not something that they do. But trust me, I'm sure it's going to come out that he had alot to do with it because they planned to interview the girl. I guess it's safe to say that HE PHUCKED UP!!
