Here's my question... Why would you want Casein as opposed to Whey. Or is a mix better??
I have always used Whey type proteins (Just started using Syntha 6 which has a mix).
Just curious...

casein is absorbed slower...great for bedtime. synth6 is a nice blend, but i still like probolic sr for bedtime...sits heavy, digest's slow. probolic sr, 1tbl spn peanut butter in 8oz of milk...thats nice at bedtime! i'll mix it with whey in the morning for my own mix
