If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Last night I was doing bi's and tri's and just finished my set on close grip bench press and i was talking to my buddy and was racking the plates (had 45 and 35 on each side...so not paying attention i grabbed the 45 plate first and then that pushed the 35 plate forward causing it to fall down straight on my **** right foot toe... 35lbs right on my toe... fook me..now i can't walk or sleep..
