Saturday morning breakfast

Man I love weekend breakfasts. mmm MMM!. that was good. I could go another round.

Anybody else do big weekend breakfast?
I did westeness(sp)/westernest??? eggs. Don't know how it's spelled, but I have cooked 'em all my cooking days. It's pronounced (wess-en-ess) eggs...I think. That's how I've always said it. I think it's a southern thing. I've never even seen them in a waffle house. You take a slice of bread. Cut a circle out of the middle with a cookie cutter or drinking glass. Butter the pan. Throw the bread in there with the cut out too. Then drop an egg in the hole in the bread. I love 'em.

WE DO SUNDAY MORNING...SAT. I USUALLY TAKE A BREAK FROM THE NORM AND GO HIGH PROTIEN AND VERY LOW CARBS FOR THE DAY....BUT TOMARROW??? IT'S ON!!! BACON, EGGS, BISCUTS AND GRAVY, GRITS, HASHBROWNS, SAUSAGE AND OJ!!!

that's how I am with breakfast. I do change it up from time to time, but it isn't because I'm tired of something. I just don't get tired of any breakfasts. Well, I take that back. I do get sick of flavored oatmeals.
