this morning at the gym. I'm starting to come around now, but it started after the first set. Then after every set I did, I would feel nauseous. I've never been a morning trainer, but it's all my schedule will allow a couple days out of the week right now.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has ever had this happen. I didn't eat anything pre workout, so that could be the reason. I know I felt a little shaky from not eating. All I had was my morning coffee and water during workout. I feel better now though, after my post-workout shake.
